Goals are dreams with deadlines. Stop dreaming! I took control of my life and with the help of many wonderful people I was able to lose 135 pounds in 11 months. Set a goal, tell everyone who will listen, and stick to your plan. You can do it!!
My friend Dennis shared this on Facebook today and I had to share. Until you face your fears you may never realize just how true this is. One benefit I have noticed about facing MY fears is that once I did it, nothing was impossible. I will try to do just about anything without fear of failure. It's not failure, it's experience. Instead of getting down on yourself, use the experience to come back and conquer whatever it is that lays in your path.
