Martin Luther King, Jr. Quote

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

Martin Luther King, Jr.

Saw this today and wanted to share.

  1. I think it spoke volumes to me about your character when you handled your failures as well as you handle your successes. :) That's when I knew you were the real deal and not just a "sunshine soldier!" - happy when things go right, but downcast and discouraged when things go wrong. You stay positive no matter what and that's a great example to the rest of us!!!!

  2. I like think there is no such thing as failure, only opportunities to learn how to do it better next time!

  3. And, I should clarify.... I have never, ever considered you a "failure." That was a poor choice of word and I'm sorry. I only meant when you didn't hit a particular goal that you'd set and worked really hard towards. You never give up! You finish with a smile! Always a success in my eyes.
