Runner's World Quote

I saw this today and had to share.  Set high goals, push yourself in training, and know your limits when it's go time!


  1. This is good!!! I think that's why I love running so much. I know exactly how far I can go and what I can do and it's fun to push the limit!

    1. I am guilty of coming up with a goal finish time and working backwards to figure out how hard I need to train instead of the other way around! When I told people I was trying to qualify for Boston I was running about an 8:30 pace in the spring but I needed a 7:25 the whole way to qualify! It was good motivation to keep putting in the work though.
