Dropped some mental baggage along the trail this morning. It snowed almost the whole way and was cold as can be. (I probably won't wear shorts next time) It was also the darkest run I have ever done in the foothills. It was generally a dark night but then I was in the clouds so the city lights were even drowned out. Good times!
Goals are dreams with deadlines. Stop dreaming! I took control of my life and with the help of many wonderful people I was able to lose 135 pounds in 11 months. Set a goal, tell everyone who will listen, and stick to your plan. You can do it!!

Thanks Robbie! I was talking to Jon at the Belt Buckle Pot Luck last night and he said you might have the bug to run a 100. We need to get out and run together. I usually go in the morning but it is always nice to have someone to chat with along the way.
