This is a compilation of videos I took as well as the ones Randy took with a few pictures sprinkled in. The sound levels vary between his and mine so you may have to play with the sound. It is 24 minutes which is super long.... 30 hours was hard to cram into 24 minutes.
I learned several things while putting this togeter. I realized I could easily shave an hour off my time if I left the camera with Michelle. I also realized that I don't regret taking the camera and getting the great pictures and video. There's always next year.
Goals are dreams with deadlines. Stop dreaming! I took control of my life and with the help of many wonderful people I was able to lose 135 pounds in 11 months. Set a goal, tell everyone who will listen, and stick to your plan. You can do it!!
